Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Gripix. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • You are still within the first 28 days your order being shipped.
  • Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc. all in original condition and intact). 
  • Please get in touch with us if you'd like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met, and your return is authorised, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to fully process.
  • For our returns address, please contact us. Our business address is NOT our returns address. You are responsible for ensuring your item is returned to the correct address. We are not held liable for any loss that may occur if your return item is sent to a wrong address.
